For Glitch Galaxy built platforms, billing commences immediately following the expiration of the complimentary 1-month post-launch support period. For third-party takeovers, coverage starts upon onboarding audit completion (₹249 one-time fee applies).
Opting for the annual plan requires a one-time upfront payment and offers a cost savings equivalent to nearly two months of free maintenance.
Maintenance plans cover ongoing updates, bug fixes, performance monitoring, and security patches. Requests for new features, structural changes, or additional pages will be scoped and billed separately.
