We do not guarantee that the Services will be free from "glitches," viruses, or other harmful components, despite our name.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glitch Galaxy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

12. Project Cancellation and Refunds

• Binding Acceptance: Once a customer accepts an order or project proposal, it is considered a binding agreement.
• Cancellation Restrictions: The customer may not cancel an accepted order unless there is a documented failure or breach of service on the part of Glitch Galaxy.
• Refund Policy: In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation where Glitch Galaxy is not at fault, only 50% of the total project amount will be refunded to cover administrative costs and work already performed.
• Project Suspension: Upon cancellation or request for a pause, website development will be placed on immediate hold. Work will only resume once the customer provides explicit written confirmation ("go-ahead") to proceed.

13. Pricing and Cost Adjustments

• Variable Costs: Glitch Galaxy reserves the right to increase project costs after an order has been placed if external costs, specifically domain registration and renewal fees, fluctuate or differ from initial estimates.
• Prior Notification: We will provide the customer with prior information and justification regarding any such price increases before applying them to the final invoice.
